Recall Description:
Parker Laboratories, Inc. is conducting a voluntary recall due to the viscosity of the affected lot is too high. A Health Hazard Assessment has determined that the likelihood of an adverse event associated with the use of the affected products is low; however, delay of procedure may occur and mild patient skin irritation is possible. Product discontinued, last PO was 2018.

Recall Description:
Thermalon and MediBeads moist heat compresses from certain lots may have been exposed to excessive moisture, resulting in potential growth of mold and/or mildew. Out of an abundance of caution, Bruder Healthcare Company is recalling all potentially affected units. No instances of patient injury or serious adverse events have been reported.
